For companies involved in large-scale events, securing a power supply for the venue can be a major hurdle. First of all, as power requirements differ depending on the equipment being used at the event, the power output must sufficiently meet the power consumption of the equipment. If sufficient power is not secured, the power supply may be interrupted in the middle of the event, making the event itself difficult to manage.

This is simple if the event is held at a venue with a certain amount of power infrastructure, but for an event held outdoors or in another location that lacks such infrastructure, a generator must be installed to secure the power source. In such case, care must be taken to use a generator that can output power in a reliable and stable manner, otherwise it may cause equipment malfunctions or breakdowns, or make it impossible to operate various equipment as intended.

 Australia-based rental company B, which has been in business for over 25 years, has established a rental business offering generators for use in events, targeting companies that plan and produce such events. When the company was founded, it began as a broker of used equipment and built its business foundation with rentals for construction sites. Later, as it expanded its business, it started to engage in event-related rental business and now has a rental fleet in neighboring countries.

The company has also commercialized services such as rental equipment selection and on-site installation work to meet the needs of its customers. Mr. Smith “Depending on the content and scale of the event, a fairly high-output, high-capacity power supply may be required, and in such cases, the generator to be installed also tends to be large.
