We have recently confirmed that a large number of engine generators are circulating in Myanmar bearing a fake  logo sticker or with a sticker printed with the name of a company that sounds as if it was a Myanmar-based affiliate of Denyo, even though these generators (hereinafter referred to as “counterfeit products”) are not produced by Denyo.

Some of the dealers handling these counterfeit products use the name of Denyo on their websites and as part of their domain names and their account names on social media, or place Denyo’s logo, advertising images, product images and factory images in large numbers on their websites and social media sites to present themselves as if they are part of the Denyo Group or are authorized distributors and dealers. However, we have never granted these dealers permission to make such presentations, and they have no relationship with us. Denyo has no subsidiary or affiliated company at all in Myanmar.

Counterfeit products do not meet our quality standards. We accept no liability whatsoever for any trouble or safety issue involving your equipment as a result of your use of any counterfeit product.

For your safety, and to avoid inadvertently acquiring a counterfeit product, we ask you to be sure to purchase only from the authorized Denyo products distributor when purchasing any Denyo product in Myanmar.

[Counterfeit Products in Myanmar]
The characteristics of counterfeit Denyo products that have been confirmed to date include:
- They are made in Taiwan or in China.
   * The countries of origin of genuine Denyo products are limited to Japan, Indonesia, Vietnam and the United States.
- Engines equipped in counterfeit products differ from those equipped in genuine Denyo products.
